Originally, I contracted with a different moving company to move my family from FL to MO. After loading my belongings, they changed their quote and tried to charge me three times the agreed upon price. When I refused to pay the new price, they held our belongings hostage. When I finally got them to release our things, I contracted with Jim at Frank and Sons. Not only was Jim very helpful and knowledgeable during the transition, but Donna at the office was wonderful in keeping me informed of the status of the move. Once Wheaton picked up our things we received everything within a week and I even got updates from the truck driver. The actual delivery and unloading of our belongings was amazing! Not only were all of our new carpets and floors covered with heavy blankets, but even the banisters and doors were wrapped. The inventory was incredibly detailed and all our furniture was placed in the correct rooms and assembled, down to the baby's changing table! My family has moved a total of 12 times in eight years and this was by far our best moving experience with Frank and Sons and Wheaton Vanlines. After having such a nightmare experience with the original company we contracted with and seeing the contrast of service and care received from a REPUTABLE moving company, I will never use anyone but Frank and Sons and Wheaton for future moves. I started working with Jim in March getting quotes and information. He was very informative telling us ways we could avoid additional expenses with our move. He always responded to phone calls and emails regarding any questions or concerns that we
had. Everyone the that I spoke with was very helpful and courteous.

The most important factor was when we decided on the moving date he arrived at our home in Cape Coral, FL. ON TIME with a GREAT team of men. They had our 3 bedroom home loaded on the truck in a very short period of time. The arrival at our new home was BEFORE we expected it.

Our belonings arrived in England safely including the Durango, which looks huge over here next to all these little Europan cars! Thanks so much for the great job and for storing everthing while we sortrd things out at this end. Moving a house hold is always stressfull, but moving house, country, schools all is a killer - thanks for taking the worry out of the move on your end. All arrived in great condition and on time.

Frank and Sons first moved Mr Radwan to England in 2002 and then back to Sanibel. At present time 1-1-2010 His belongings are back in our warehouse, stored to go back to England.
